TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF LEVELUP CUSTOMER SUPPORT OPERATIONS

Dear Level-Up! Subscribers,

Please be advised that Level-Up! Customer Support Operations will be temporarily suspended for the entire day of Monday, October 23, due to network and infrastructure upgrading. During this time, we will be unable accept inbound calls or process customer support page tickets.

AFFECTED SERVICES:

Customer Support Hotline: Suspended
Walk In Assistance: Suspended
Customer Support Page: Tickets may still be filed but processing will resume after the downtime

I just want to play rose. I dont, however, want to play on some ****ty server that runs off someones computer thats like (OMG 5 XP RATE AND DROP RATE!!! 97.61% UP TIME!) <---NO!!! i wanna play either the U.S version for free (which i cant cuz ya gatta pay for) or the Europe version, but you cant cuz the FÜcking site doesnt work!!! There is no way to DL the Europe version anyway.

I have no idea what everyone is talking about with their "omg 50 hawker, im going to transfer it to the new rose so i can play again" becuase the europe rose doesnt even work!!! anyone have another link to the europe rose, maybe the site changed or something.

P.S. Phillipine rose lags me too much, and all the others are in FÜcking spanish or some $h!t so europe rose is my only hope... PLZ help.
