Soldier: Lv. 30/Hobert Quest
A brief explanation on the confusing level 30 Soldier Quest.

This quest is ONLY for Soldiers and can ONLY be completed after level 30.
To begin, talk to the Weapon Seller in Junon Polis. He will tell you that you need to find several artifacts left by some dead man in the Lake of Anima. Unfortunately, he does not give any information on how to actually do this, leaving MANY players at an utter loss.
All you have to do is kill the Aqua family in the lake, NOT including Captains or Kings. There are a total of 4 artifacts to be found, 1 dropped by each of the 4 Aquas(Warrior, Guarder, Hunter, Ranger). Pleast note that the artifacts do not drop every time and may take many kills to actually obtain. Also, it appears there are many artifacts, more than just 4. This means that after you have the 4, another Soldier with 4 may have different ones. Ignore this as it does not matter.
After you collect 4, head to Paayne who is also located in the Lake of Anima around the middle. For the 5th Artifact, he will instruct you to kill 3 Aqua Captains.
Head back into the treacherous waters and take out 3 Aqua Captains who will drop their Proof every time.
Go back to Paayne and he will tell you to go back to the Weapon Seller in Junon.
Now that you have completed the quest, the Weapon Seller will offer you an Onion Mace, Battle Axe, or Javerin. I forget which stats each of them give, but allow me to inform you... They all suck. |
