Muse Quests Guide
A simple guide on muse's level 20 & 30 quest

Level 20 Muse Quest
Once you're level 20, you can do the quest anytime. Just talk to npc Keenu the Designer in Zant (at the top left corner of the town) to activate the quest. Then head to Elveroon Desert (north from Zant), there's a small village at the south east (bottom right corner) of the map. Talk to a guy (or izt a lady..) name Orias wearing arumic suites.
She'll tell you loosing mana energy bla bla some sort of story. Next head to north (top part) of Hill of Wind (south from Elveroon Desert/east from Zant/east from Valley of Luxern Tower), and kill Dalping and Dalping Ranger to get 5 earth mana stones, 5 fire mana stone, 5 water mana stones as requested.
Once you got all of those head back to Orias. After that go back to Keenu and she'll let you pick 1 from 3 rewards:
1. Ramings Rod (lv20)
2. Magical Wand (lv21)
3. 1.8k+ zuly
If you want zuly, I recommend to get 1st reward, cuz it's the most expensive of all (from the selling price to npc); else juz get the wand or rod as u need.
Level 30 Muse Quest
Anytime after you're level 30, talk to npc Lisa the Designer in Junon Polis (at south east of the city) to activate the quest. Then go to the center of Lake Anima to find Ziroon the Incanes under a building. You'll then need to speak to the Frantzie the Co-Founder of Junon Order, he is in Zant (the npc whom you talk to for reseting the respawn point; he's at south west of Zant town, where you havta pass the bridge and go on top the hill).
When you talk to Ziroon, he talks about how the Junon Order is trying to build a shrine where he was living. He sends you off to talk to Frantzie, to try to compromise a bit. So you go to Zant, and Frantzie agrees to postpone the shrine to 3 years later. You go back to Ziroon, he's happy, and he says that in the mean time he'll live north of the shrine, so he asks you to kill 20 porkies, and 5 libertine porkies (proof of monster type, not quest item type).
Porky and Libertine Porky can be found plenty at the north (top part) of Lake Anima. After you've got all of them, go tell Ziroon that and he'll be satisfied. When you've settled all the troubles, talk to Frantzie again and he'll award you:
1. Animal Rod with +20maxMP (lv29)
2. Sorcerer Wand with +20maxMP (lv30)
3. Letter Necklace (+2Int) & Letter Earring (+2Int)
After everything's done, go back to Lisa the Designer in Junon, she'll also give you some small gifts. (Some pots, really SMALL gifts onli, how stingy..).
