It's finally here! I know that lots of people have been waiting for this guide. Unfortunately, like my previous guide, I am unable to test the builds I came up with. All I know is mostly based on data I've collected from the forums.
Before people start flaming me, I'll list these down:
1) All the builds in my guide are meant to be maxed out by lvl 98. This leaves NO spare points for the 2nd Job. I am doing so as I do not have info on 2nd Job skills other than their names and discriptions. Btw, please dont ask me why I came up with near complete builds that the masses wouldn't be able to achieve. My aim is to provide some general direction to the masses. How far you wish to take it is solely dependent on YOU and YOU alone.
2) I do not guarantee the sucess of the builds listed below. ALTER the skill build to your own playstyle for greater effect.

1) Leveling Guide from 1-10
Stats from lvl 1-10

Birth Island: (This going to be tricky)
1) Talk to the Fairy about EVERYTHING
2) Do the FIRST TWO quests that the Fairy gives you. (You should be lvl 2 by now)
3) START the THIRD Quest and LEAVE Birth Island
Adventure Plains:
Before you begin on the third quest, talk to Grey (Village Chief) and Marid (Old Fisherman). When talking to Grey, just start all 3 fetch quests. Don’t worry if you start one but don’t get a single quest drop from it. It doesn’t matter. Just remove it from your quest window when you’re lvl 10. Now quickly complete the third quest that the Fairy gave you. Remember to return to Marid every time you lvl up for small reward. Last but not least, complete the tasks that the Fairy gives you along the way.
(Note: Marid only gives fruits from lvl 1-8, none for those who hit lvl 9 and above.)
Zant:
Reached lvl 10? Now hurry onto Zant and talk to Warren.
Dealer Job Change Quest:
Part 1:
1) Talk to Crow
2) Get wool from Lampa (North-west corner of Zant, before the bridge)
3) Get Small Metal boards from Sayon
4) Return to Crow for Part 2
Part 2:
1) Gather 15 Honeybee Needles from Needle Honey Bees. (Be careful! They can be aggressive!)
2) Return to Crow
3) Talk to Warren and earn your Job as a Dealer
If you haven’t reset your stats by now, talk to Cornell and grab a bubble gun from one of the player stalls. You can easily get it at 800-1000 zuly instead of 1350 zuly from Sperro.

The purpose of the above build is to deal heavy dmg with a strong skill spam at a distance. However, should the target come too close, Pistol whip will devastate the target with a stun and some really cool dmg. Btw, keep a good look at your MP bar when PvPing. This is a MP consuming build.

Notes:
This build is made for skill spamming and mercs. It relies heavily on raw attack power and summons. Smash Gun lvl 1 is present for your own self-protection. Let the summons do the rest of the work for you. This build probably is the most economical of the three I am presenting to you in this guide. Btw, don’t worry about having an average skill spam. Your summon is an extension of your right hand.

Points spent in Marketer Moxie & Armor research may be swapped for Sensation and Road Warrior for a boost in HP and Hp-Regeneration rate. I also strongly suggest users of this build to lvl up using the skill spam builds until lvl 50-60 THEN reset and convert to this build. (You are bound to die a lot from lvl 10-60. @ lvl 50-60, your efforts will start to pay off.)
WARNING: This build is for the FILTHY RICH! This build is very ZULIE-CONSUMING! High Capital involvement required!

Eg: Justice Cannon – lvl 100, 183 Con Requirement
Therefore, I should have at least 190 Con (without equips) and the remaining stats to SEN.

Who here misses the Irose Mage?? Here’s the Irose Mage, Dealer Style! You charge in, stun and blast off with skills. I recommend this to launcher users ONLY. Btw, I do not know the effectiveness of this skill build.

Genus #1 (Pure Spamming build) = Beginner to Intermediate
Genus #2 (Skill Spam + Summoning build) = Beginner to Intermediate
Genus #3 (Crit Bourg Build) = Slightly Advanced to Advanced
Genus #4 (Irose mage style) = Intermediate
Artisan Builds:
Varient #1 - Advanced to Highly Advanced
Varient #2 - Advanced to Highly Advanced

You should generally know where you stand. In the above, Beginners include those new to the dealer class. However, it is NOT a MUST that you need to follow the above.
7)AMMUNITION
Cannon Users: (Cannon Bourgeois & Cannon Artisans)
lvl 30-50: normal - track cannons
lvl 50-70: bomber (optional); fire cannons
lvl 70+: fire cannons
Additional Tips:
1) BASE YOUR AMMUNITION ON YOUR INCOME (especially artisans)
2) When your money allows it, keep a pack of poison bubbles (0 weight) in case you run out of ammo.
3) Use weakest/poison bubbles in parties (50+)
Gun users: (Gun Bourgeiois & Gun Artisans)
lvl 10-50:
Use bean bullets/fire bullets (they cost the same)
Lvl 50-70:
use plated Bullets
Lvl 70+:
Use Chrom plated Bullets
Additional Tips:
1) BASE YOUR AMMUNITION ON YOUR INCOME (especially artisans)
8)Friendship
I know that this is probably an area other guides usually dont venture into but I see quite alot of dis-harmony in this game. Here are some tips that you can use to socialise with other players and earn a good reputation. This is especially important to crafters. If you are the best crafter in ROSE and are very rude to me, chances that I will go to you for crafting services are slim because I simply dont trust you.
Basic:
1) Refrain from using haxor language (all the 1337 lanuguage)
2) Refrain from using phrases such as, "Pr3P2r3 T0 B3 0wn3d T0 T3h M@X!!". They are hard to read, annoying and simply out of place.
3) Refrain from Kill Stealing. If you cant take the kings on your own, dont touch them.
4) Refrain from PKing others as much as possible unless you are in a 100% PvP arena. (Best would be to avoid such places)
5) Dont scold those who PK you. Msg them after you die and ask them why they did so.
6) Try to reverse situations with KSers/Botters by giving them lines such as, "KSers are weak noobs".
7) Dont use hacks/bots or any illegal means to gain lvls/zuly/items, ect.
Moderate:
7) Make friends with those lvling up near you by starting a conversation. This goes double if they have been lvling near you for more than 30 min. A simple, "Hi!" or, "Hello [insert player name]", would be nice.
8) After meeting a large group of people, get them together and lvl up as a team. Try to keep a conversation running in the team.
9) If your team works well as a group, set up regular parties to gain each other's trust.
Advanced:
9) Suggest to your team to reularly exchange items for each others' benifit. EG: muse EQ go to muses, dealer equip go to dealers.
All of you are probably wondering why I chose to type this out. I suppose it is the influence that came upon me when I played HelBreath with my guild, Wing and a Prayer. We were like a online family and had very good relations with each other.
Another point to note was the great community sprit HelBreath had. Almost all the players were nice to each other and enjoyed being friends with one another. Infact, some of us even had friends from the other city that we were supposed to fight against. 
In my fairest of opinion, most ROSE players lack the initiative to start these conversations. I realised this when I created HydrogenBomB to test a new method of lvling bourgs up. I know that most of you here are probably SGers/Malaysians. No offence but quite a good number of your fellow countrymen have left a bad impression on me especially when I played GunBound.

9) Latest Updates
8th Nov: Day 3
Alright, I've added THREE new sections. Ammunition, Friendship and Path of Choice. Both have been copied over from my previous guides.
Btw, I know that Chromnium bullets and stuff probably have not been implemented but THEY WILL be there in time to come. PHrose has it so NArose will have it sooner or later.
As for the friendship section, I'm hoping that this will help to foster a stronger in-game community.
