hi i'm pendy. i hope i can make your life a little easier
tips on refining, always have an extra of same or near similar stat, if in doubt dont refine.
ok you can almost up any item by 3 with no problems.
after that wait till the life of the item/weapon reaches 4-2 percent repair then ups.
it increases the chance to be refined up to 6, try it i hope this helps.
final tip
if you don't have an extra do not, i repeat do not refine
when it comes to slotting, it's best you use the item atleast 1 week then slot it. same on weapons/items (life 4-2percent repair slot)
but this just adds to the percentage of succes it's not a 100% sure method. try it hope it helps
